The Olney Centre

Originally a Victorian Elementary School built in 1877 which has been completely refurbished inside and out. A large extension houses a well appointed kitchen, garden room and office. The front playground has been converted to an attractive garden while the rear playground provides ample parking.

The Olney Centre gives the town and surrounding area a wonderful meeting place for groups of all sizes and interests. The pre-school playgroup uses part of the building on a regular basis. The library is situated in the front classroom leaving four large rooms and the main hall for use by local organisations or for hire for private or business functions.

All local organisations are invited to use the facilities for their meetings at priority rates.

The reception area garden room and main hall make the ideal setting for Wedding Receptions, Formal Dinners, Dinner Dances, Buffet Lunches etc. making full use of the kitchen and all its facilities. Civil wedding ceremonies are performed in Room 4.

The building lends itself to many business uses. Conferences, meetings of various sizes etc. Any combination of rooms can be booked with the use of the kitchen and equipment
